Please note that we request a minimum of 2 nights on all bookings and the discounted rates are for direct bookings only.
These rates are fully inclusive of bed and breakfast and no taxes are due.
We regret we cannot accept pets or children younger than 15 years of age to stay.
Usual CHECK-IN TIME is 4.00pm and CHECK-OUT is by 10.30am.

Reservation
A deposit of £50 per room is required to secure a booking.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you require to cancel your booking, please note that as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply:
1 – 7 days prior to arrival date, or if the booking is not taken up (no show) — 100% of the value of the booking.
7 – 14 days prior to arrival date — 25% of the value of the booking.
However we shall do our very best to relet the room and if successful the charge will be adjusted.
We therefore advise suitable holiday insurance should be taken to cover any loss.
